Anindus Consultants Pvt Ltd Kpo is located at C 36 in Aman Vihar, Sultan Puri. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and our office reflects that in a way. Since it’s a KPO, we deal with a lot of data and back-end processes. Most of the time, the room is just the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on the phone. We have a bunch of workstations squeezed into the space. It’s not a large office, so things can get a little messy with all the wires and computer parts laying around. We keep the air conditioner running pretty much all day because the machines generate a lot of heat. The neighborhood of Aman Vihar is quite residential, so we try to keep things quiet so we don’t bother the families living nearby. We have a small team of young people who are good with computers. Most of them live nearby and walk or take a rickshaw to work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Lunchtime is usually when it gets loud as everyone gathers around to share food from their tiffins. We don't have fancy perks or anything like that. It’s just a place where people come to put in their hours and handle the data that comes in from other companies. It’s straightforward work and we do it well enough.
