We set up shop over in Rohini Sector 16, right near the M2K Cinema Hall at E-1/8. It's a handy location because everyone knows where the cinema is. People often stop by after a movie or while they're out running errands in the sector. We’ve been working out of this small office for a bit now, focusing on the local property market. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to help people find a place to stay or invest their money. The traffic around here can be a bit much during the weekends, but we like being in the middle of things. We handle various types of properties, mostly around the Rohini area because that’s what we know best. There’s always someone looking for a flat or a shop space nearby. We don’t use any of those big corporate scripts. Usually, we just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what’s available. Sometimes we spend the whole day on the phone or walking around looking at different sites. It’s honest work, even if the paperwork gets a bit messy sometimes. We’ve lived and worked around Delhi for ages, so we understand how things move here. If you’re near the cinema hall, you’ll probably see our board. It’s a plain office, but it gets the job done. We just keep at it every day and try to be helpful to the folks who walk through the door.
