You can find us at B-98 in Pushpanjali Enclave, which is part of Pitampura. We are right on the Outer Ring Road, directly opposite the petrol pump. It’s a very easy location to spot if you’re driving by. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time, dealing with all kinds of property matters in the Pitampura area. Being on the Outer Ring Road means we see a lot of traffic and a lot of people stopping in on their way somewhere else. We handle buying, selling, and renting of houses and shops around here. It’s a busy job and there’s always something to do. We don’t have a huge team, just a few of us who know the local market and the people who live here. We try to be straight with everyone about what a place is worth or what the problems might be. There’s no point in hiding things because everyone knows everyone in this part of Delhi anyway. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing houses and meeting with owners. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us.
