You can find A.K. International over at Plot No-A-78/4 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. We are right near that Celebration Banquet Hall, which is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find the specific plot numbers around here. It’s funny hearing the music from weddings next door while we are inside working with metal and tools. We have been at this location for a while now. The space isn't huge, but we make it work by stacking things high and keeping the aisles clear enough to walk through. It gets noisy, and there is always a layer of grease on the floor no matter how often we scrub it. That is just the nature of the business. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know how to run the equipment and get the packing done. We don't really do much advertising or have a big sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they were looking for the banquet hall and saw our gate. We drink a lot of tea during the breaks and talk about the local news. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the crates out the door on time. We try to keep our heads down and stay busy. If the machines are running, we are happy. That is how we operate every day. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
