We operate out of FD-29 in Pitampura, which is a fairly central spot in North Delhi. It’s a well-connected area, which makes it easier for us to get around to the different properties we manage. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s got enough room for us to sit down with people and go over their property needs. Pitampura is always a hive of activity, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We spend our hours looking through listings and talking to people who are interested in the local market. Real estate has a lot of ups and downs, and we’ve seen plenty of both. We don’t really believe in using complicated jargon or fancy presentations. We just show people what is available and tell them the pros and cons based on what we’ve seen on the ground. A lot of our work involves checking out sites and making sure the documents are in order, which can be a bit of a grind. But we like the routine of it. There is usually someone coming in for a chat or asking about prices in the North Delhi area. We just try to keep a level head and help out where we can. Our desks are usually covered in files and we always have a kettle going for tea. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to keep things moving.
