We are located out in Tooth Kala Village, near Kanjhawala. Our place is number 428 and we are right near the State Bank of Patiala, which makes it easier for people to find us since the village roads can be a bit confusing if you’re not from around here. We handle surgical items and medical supplies. Most days involve moving boxes of gloves, bandages, or small instruments. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, but we stay busy with orders. Sometimes a local doctor comes in for something specific, or we have to pack up a big shipment for a clinic further away. The shop is simple, just rows of shelves with white boxes. We don't have a big display window or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because of the mud if it’s raining, but we manage. It’s mostly just us and the sound of the ceiling fan while we check the inventory lists. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people at the bank next door are friendly enough. It’s a practical business and we keep things pretty straightforward. There's no need for anything fancy when you're just making sure hospitals have their supplies on time. We usually finish up the packing by late afternoon and then spend some time cleaning up the floor before we close.
