Wallace Estates Llp is right in the middle of the action at Patto Plaza in Panaji. Our office is in the DTC Building, which is a pretty well-known spot if you spend any time in the city. Working in the EDC Complex means there is always something going on outside, lots of people rushing to government offices or grabbing lunch. The traffic around Patto can be a nightmare in the afternoons, especially when the schools let out or when the bridge gets backed up. We spend our hours here dealing with various estate matters and looking at floor plans. The office gets a lot of light, but we keep the blinds down mostly to keep the heat out. It is a standard office space, nothing too flashy, just desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs which is good exercise I guess. Panaji is a busy place to do business and being at Patto Plaza puts us right in the thick of it. We see a lot of the same faces every day, other people working in the nearby buildings. It is a bit noisy with the horns and the construction always happening somewhere on the next block. We just show up, get the work done, and try to beat the traffic home when the day is over. It is just a regular workday for us in the city.
