You can find us over at No. 1764 on the first floor in Pilerne. We are specifically in the Saitem area of Bardez. Goa Real Estate is a small operation, and we like it that way. Pilerne is a bit quieter than the beach areas, which suits us just fine. We spend our time looking at houses and land around this part of North Goa. The office is simple and stays cool even when it is hot outside. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us. We don't do anything too fancy; we just keep track of what is happening with the local property market. It is a lot of walking around and talking to people on their porches. Sometimes we are out on the field more than we are in the office. Saitem is a nice place to work from. We see the same faces every day and we like the community feel of Bardez. We don't use big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the first floor. Dealing with real estate here means knowing the land and the history of the plots. It is slow work sometimes, but it is honest. We just do our best to keep things moving and help people find what they need in Pilerne.
