Salgaonkar Real Estate is run right out of House Number 43 in Madel-Tivim. We are located in the Bardez area of Goa, which is a beautiful place to live and work. Real estate around here is always interesting because people are always looking for a bit of land or a house in the countryside. We are not one of those big fancy agencies you see in the city. Instead, we keep things very local and personal. If you are in the 403502 zip code, you have probably passed by us before. We know the land in Tivim really well because we live here too. Most of our work is just talking to neighbors and helping people find a place that fits their life. It is not always easy, and there is a lot of paperwork with land deals, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is just a part of the house, so it feels very homey and relaxed. We do not wear suits or use high-pressure tactics. That is just not how we do things in Goa. We like the slow pace of Madel. Sometimes we are out on the field looking at plots, and other times we are just sitting on the porch catching up on news. It is a family-style business, and we plan to keep it that way for a long time. It feels right to work where we live.
