Viba Realty Private Limited is based out of Porba Vaddo in Bardez. It is an old-style setup on the first floor of House Number 4/100E/FF. Most days start with opening up the windows to let the North Goa breeze in before the humidity really kicks in. We spend a lot of time looking at local maps and property records here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly people we know walking by or the occasional tourist getting lost on their way to the coast. It is not a fancy corporate glass building, just a regular house where we handle the real estate business. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the phone to ring, and other days it feels like we are constantly running around trying to get paperwork sorted. The floor is cool stone which helps when it is hot outside. We have been in this part of Bardez for a while now, so we know the local roads pretty well. Being in North Goa means things can get a bit hectic during the season, but our spot in Porba Vaddo stays mostly tucked away from the main noise. Usually, there is some construction noise somewhere nearby, but that is just how things are lately. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for the day. If you are looking for us, look for the house number, it is easy to miss if you drive too fast.
