Urban Concept Realty Llp is situated on the second floor of the M.S. Suktankar Lawande Manor in St Inez. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot going on right outside our windows. We’ve been using this office space to manage our real estate activities for some time now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to discuss property matters. St Inez is a convenient spot for us because so many things are within walking distance. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know the building or have seen our name on the directory. We handle the usual mix of rental agreements and property sales that you’d expect in an urban area like this. It’s just honest work, day in and day out. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local realty firm working out of a second-floor office in a well-known manor. If you’re in the St Inez area and need to drop something off, you’ll find us there. We keep regular hours and try to stay helpful to anyone who walks through the door looking for information on the local market. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few visitors, but we make it work.
