You can find Trails Of Taste (Tot) Llp at House No.1755 in Anjuna Village. It’s an old house that we turned into our workspace. Anjuna has changed a lot over the years, but our corner feels pretty grounded. We do our daily tasks from here, surrounded by trees and the sound of birds and the occasional motorbike passing by. It’s not a sterile office environment at all. There are some cracks in the walls and the porch is where we usually take our breaks. We handle various food and taste-related projects, and having a base in a real village house keeps us connected to what’s local. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to send emails, but that’s just living in Goa. We don't have a reception desk or a sign out front that glows in the dark. It’s just a house where we work. Our team is small, mostly locals or people who have lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. We spend a lot of time testing things and making notes on what works and what doesn't. It gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders to manage, with boxes stacked up in the hallway. But we know where everything is. It's a lived-in space that suits the way we think about food. The garden grows a bit wild during the rainy season, but we don't mind much.
