Symbiotic Food Additives

We are located over at Plot No. 115 in the Kundaim Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a trek from the main tourist spots in Goa, but that’s fine because we’re here to work. Symbiotic Food Additives is basically a place where we mix things and test stuff all day. The industrial estate is pretty spread out, so it’s not as cramped as the city. We have a decent amount of space for our equipment and the ingredients we store. The air smells a bit like different things depending on what we’re processing that day. Sometimes it’s sweet, sometimes it’s just neutral. It’s a practical environment. We have a small team of people who actually care about whether the batches come out right. We don’t have a big corporate office with leather chairs. Instead, we have lab benches and metal stools. Most of the day is spent checking temperatures and looking at scales. It’s a bit repetitive, I guess, but it’s what we do. We eat our lunch in the break room and talk about the weekend or the weather. It’s a quiet life out here in Kundaim. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything. People usually find us because they need something specific for their food production. We just make sure the bags are packed right and the truck picks them up on time. It’s just regular work for us.
