Our office for Total Realtors Private Limited is up on the third floor of the Sharayu Solitude building. It’s located in Carrene Wado, and it’s a fairly modern space compared to some of the older spots around. Being on the third floor, we get a decent view of the neighborhood while we’re working on the computers. The address is A/7, and we’ve set it up to be a functional workspace for our daily real estate tasks. It’s not a place filled with sales posters or loud music. We prefer to keep things quiet so we can focus on the details of the contracts and listings we handle. Carrene Wado is a good location for us because it’s central enough to reach most parts of the district without too much trouble. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different parties and making sure the documentation is correct. It’s mostly just administrative work and meetings with clients who prefer a professional but relaxed environment. We aren't interested in being the biggest firm out there; we just want to do the work properly from our office here in Sharayu Solitude. If you’re looking for us, just take the stairs or the lift to the third floor. We are usually there from morning until the evening, unless we are out on a site visit somewhere nearby. It's a simple life here and we just take the tasks as they come without any fuss.
