Stori Fashions is located right in the City Centre Building on MG Road. If you have ever been around this part of the city, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic and people moving about. Our office and workspace are usually piled high with samples and rolls of different fabrics. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We spend our days dealing with designs, talking to suppliers, and making sure the production side of things is moving along. There is always a phone ringing or someone coming in with a delivery. Sometimes the elevators in the City Centre building are acting up, so we end up taking the stairs with boxes of shirts. It is just part of the daily grind. Being on MG Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is great but also very loud. We do not have a lot of time for sitting around. Usually, there is a pile of paperwork on the desk that needs attention and a bunch of clothes that need checking. We try to stay organized, but in this business, things change fast. One day we are looking at summer patterns and the next we are worried about shipping delays. We are just a group of people who enjoy being around clothes. The building is old but it has character, and being in the heart of the city keeps us on our toes.
