You can find us at Office Number 809 in the Geras Imperium Star building. That’s over at Patto Plaza in Panjim. Being in a big building like this is a bit different from the usual Goan village setup. It is busy here, especially during the mornings when everyone is rushing into work and the parking fills up. We are Shree Yogeshwar Estates. Our space is high up, so we get a decent view of the area while we work. The elevators can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a pain when we're in a hurry to get to a site. We spend our days looking at property details and answering the phone. It's North Goa, so there's always something happening in the real estate world. Panjim is the heart of things, and being in Tiswadi makes it easier to get around to different sites. We aren't a massive corporation, just a few of us trying to get the paperwork right and help people find what they need. The office is functional, with a few desks and a lot of folders. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the city traffic outside. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We prefer just getting the job done. If you're near Patto, you've probably seen the building. It’s a solid place to work from. We just handle the day-to-day estate business without making a big fuss.
