Shantadurga Steel & Hardware is right here on Upper Bazar Main Road, specifically at Shop No.4 inside Annapurna Niwas. If you are heading toward Nakteshwar Hall, you will find us easily enough. It is a busy part of town but we like it here. People stop by for different hardware bits or when they are working with steel on a project. We keep things stocked as much as possible because we know how it goes when you run out of something midway through a job. The shop isn't huge but it fits everything we need. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the road gets crowded, which can be a bit of a hassle for parking, but that's just how the neighborhood is. We have been at this location for a while now. Most locals know the building. We try to keep it organized so when someone asks for a specific tool or a piece of steel, we don't spend all day looking for it. Dealing with hardware means getting your hands a bit dirty sometimes, but we don't mind that. Life at the shop is pretty straightforward. We open up in the morning, see who comes in, and help them find what they are after. It's a regular local spot. Nothing fancy about it, just a place to get what you need for your house or your work and then get back to it.
