You can find Crystal Metals over at Mangala Stores in Sodiem, Siolim. It’s a nice part of Bardez here in Goa, away from the really crowded tourist spots. We deal with metal supplies and related materials. It’s heavy work and often gets our hands dirty, but that’s the nature of the business. The office is right there with the store, so it’s always a bit busy with people coming and going. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just work out of this space where we’ve been for years. The air is salty because we're in Goa, and sometimes the humidity makes things a bit sticky in the afternoons. We aren't interested in fancy sales pitches. We just have the metal parts and products that people need for their building projects or repairs. If you need something specific, you just come in and ask. We know most of our customers by their first names because they live right here in the village or the next one over. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We keep our records in some old folders and try to stay organized as best as we can. It might not look like much from the outside, but we get the job done and the metal moves out the door every day.
