Scitrine Global Realty Llp

Scitrine Global Realty Llp operates out of House Number 259 in Gogal Maina, which is a part of Salcete in South Goa. It is more of a residential setting than a commercial one, which we prefer. The office is basically part of the house, so it has a very homey feel to it. Working from Gogal means we avoid the worst of the Margao traffic, though we are still close enough to get into town when we need to. We focus on realty work here, so there are always stacks of documents and maps around. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for the local dogs barking or the occasional bread seller passing by on a cycle. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby; you just come in and we talk about whatever property business is on hand. The room we use as an office has a couple of old cupboards and a desk that has seen better days. It is a practical way to run things without the high costs of a city office. We find that we get more work done when it is quiet like this. During the rains, the trees around the house get very green and it is quite nice to look out the window while we work. It is just a small local operation where we take care of things in our own time and manage the paperwork carefully.
