PROPSHOPGOA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over at Dona Alice Apartments, specifically Flat Number F/A-4. The house number is 19/26/14 in the Nairelem Morod area of Taleigao. We go by the name Propshopgoa. Taleigao is a busy place these days, but our apartment is tucked away enough that we can get work done. It's basically a flat that we've turned into a workspace. We've got desks where the dining table should be, and the shelves are full of files instead of books. Dealing with real estate in Goa means a lot of running around, so we aren't always in the office. When we are, we're usually sorting out documents or talking to people about local property. The 403002 area is where we do most of our business. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Most people find us because they know the building or they've heard about us from someone else. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with traffic, but the apartment stays relatively quiet. We handle all the daily stuff ourselves, from answering emails to visiting plots. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't use fancy jargon, just plain talk about what's available and what's not. It’s a small, local setup that works for us, and we like the independence of it.
