Our office is more like a local hub than a corporate headquarters. It’s a small space where we keep our records and meet with people who are interested in the local property market. The 403516 pin code is where we spend most of our time. Being in Maddo Vaddo puts us close to a lot of the action, but our specific spot is relatively down-to-earth. We don’t go in for fancy titles or high-pressure tactics. Most days are spent answering the phone, updating our lists, and making sure all the legal documents for our clients are in order. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take it seriously. The building is just a normal house number, so it feels very much like part of the neighborhood. We’ve been around for a bit and people know they can just come by if they have a question about a piece of land or a house nearby. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks of a real estate firm in a beautiful part of Goa. We like the pace here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The rainy season can make the office a bit damp, but we manage.
