Pd Kamat Realty Private Limited. You can find our office at No. 8 on the 2nd Floor of Laxmi Bhuvan. We are in Feira Baixa, right in the SBI Lane, across from Remi Studio in Mapusa. This is North Goa, 403507. We’ve been in this office for a good while. Mapusa is a busy town, especially on market days, and being near SBI Lane means there is always a lot of foot traffic nearby. We focus on real estate. Our office is a bit old-school, with wooden desks and lots of paper files everywhere. We don't use much fancy technology; we prefer to talk to people face-to-face. The second floor can be a bit of a climb, but it gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street. We know the Mapusa property market inside out. Most of the properties we handle are right here in town or in the nearby villages. We don’t have a big sales team. It’s just a few of us who know the local families and the land history. We help with buying, selling, and all the legal bits that come with it. It’s practical work. We don’t use polished sales talk. If a building has issues, we mention them. We just want to get the deal done correctly so everyone is satisfied. It’s how we’ve always done things here at Laxmi Bhuvan and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
