We’re over in Parra, specifically at house number 308/1 in the Bokachi area. Most people know this spot near Aradi. It’s a quiet enough corner of North Goa for us to focus on what we do with coffee. Honestly, the smell of roasted beans is usually what tells folks they’ve found the right gate. We started Palbala Coffee Llp because we just liked the idea of having a local place where the coffee actually tastes like something. It isn't a fancy setup with leather sofas or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space. We spend a lot of time sorting through bags and making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes the humidity in Goa messes with the grind, so we’re always fiddling with things to get it just okay. People stop by, sometimes they stay for a bit, sometimes they just grab what they need and head out. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most of our neighbors just know us by name now. It’s a small operation here in the village. We keep the doors open, let the breeze through, and just keep working through the day’s batches. It gets a bit hectic when a big order comes in, but mostly it's just a steady rhythm of bagging and brewing. If you’re driving through Parra and see the sign near the old house, that’s us. Nothing too complicated about it.
