Melcore Srls

Melcore Srls is tucked away on Nagali Hill in Panjim, Goa. We are quite close to the Ring Road, which is handy for getting around, though the hill climb can be a bit much when it's hot out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our daily tasks done. Being in Goa, the weather definitely dictates how the day goes, especially when the monsoon hits and everything gets damp. We spend a lot of time on computers and on the phone, trying to sort out various projects. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no real hierarchy where one person just sits and watches. Sometimes we walk down towards the main road to grab lunch or just to get some air. The view from the hill is alright, but mostly we are just looking at our desks. We don’t really do big advertisements or try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren’t one. We just handle our business and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for focusing. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we are still here doing our thing on the hill. It is just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and then head home to beat the evening traffic.
