Mandovi Ice Plant

Our place, Mandovi Ice Plant, is located in Baiguinim Old Goa. If you find the Ornate Estate, we are right behind it. It’s a quiet enough spot most days. We spend a lot of time just keeping the equipment in order. Ice making is one of those things you don't think about until you need it. We’ve been at this address for a while. The location in Baiguinim is easy to get to once you know where the estate is. Sometimes people miss the turn. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. It's just an ice plant. We work the shifts and keep the water freezing. Old Goa is a nice area to work in. You get used to the rhythm of the machines after a few years. It's mostly just us doing the daily tasks. Making sure things are clean and the blocks are solid. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a local spot behind the Ornate Estate. Most of the people who come here are regulars. They know where we are. We don't do much talking, just focus on the ice. It’s a simple life. The address is pretty clear if you are looking for the estate first. We are just tucked back there. That’s about all there is to say about us really. We just keep the water cold and wait for the trucks to arrive for their daily loads. It keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
