Koko Distilleries India Llp

Koko Distilleries India Llp is located at Plot No 46/50 in the Mapusa Industrial Estate. This is in the Bardez area of North Goa. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and small factories. It is a practical place for a distillery. We have the room we need for our vats and the bottling equipment. It is physical work. There is always something heavy to lift or a floor that needs scrubbing. We are not a massive distillery like the ones you see in the advertisements. We are a small team of about five people. We focus on making spirits in smaller batches so we can keep an eye on everything. Our office is just a small partitioned area on the production floor. It has a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of folders for the excise paperwork. Working in Mapusa is good because it is a central location for getting our products out to the rest of Goa. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here. Everyone helps out with whatever needs to be done, whether it is labeling bottles or loading the van. We just focus on the craft of distilling and try to make a decent product. It is a lot of long hours and sweat, but we are happy with how things are going. We just keep working every day.
