Our office is tucked away in Mapusa, specifically at Flat No S 2 in Building No 16 of Kamat Gardens. It’s quite close to St Xavier College, so there’s always a lot of students and activity in the vicinity. Indo Fujiinformation Technologies Pvt Ltd has been based here in Goa for some time now. It’s not your typical high-tech office with glass walls; we’re in a regular residential-style building which actually makes for a quieter workspace. We handle various IT and information technology tasks from this small flat. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living and working in this part of Mapusa. We spend most of our hours behind screens, working through different technical problems. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't really go out of our way to do big promotions or anything like that. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships or local word of mouth. Being near the college gives the area a bit of energy, which is nice when we step out for a break. We’ve got our desks squeezed in, and it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware lying around, but we manage. It’s just a straightforward, no-nonsense tech shop where we focus on getting the code and data right without any extra fluff.
