Green Grain Bowl Llp

Green Grain Bowl Llp is tucked away in Salvador Do Mundo, in a place called Paithana. We are located at H No 67/40, specifically in Flat 204 of Block 1. It is a residential area in Porvorim, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We use the flat as our main base for everything we do with our grain bowls. It is a bit of a tight fit with all the kitchen equipment and the supplies we have to keep on hand, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent chopping, mixing, and packing. Since we are on the second floor, we have to carry everything up and down, which can be a bit of a chore. We don't have a big sign on the building or anything that stands out. It's just a regular flat where a lot of food prep happens. Mapusa is just down the road, so we are often out there picking up fresh ingredients. The atmosphere in Salvador Do Mundo is pretty relaxed, which we like. We don’t have a boss in a suit telling us what to do; we just know what needs to be finished by the end of the day. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the kitchen gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big batch. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food is handled correctly.
