Crystal Ice -Cube

Crystal Ice -Cube is located at Shop No- 7, right below Hotel Fidalgo in Panjim. Being in this part of town means things are always moving fast. We aren't exactly a typical ice cream parlor; we handle a lot of ice for people who need it for parties or businesses around the area. The heat in Goa can be pretty intense, so we stay quite busy keeping things frozen. It is a small shop, but it serves a purpose. We see a lot of different people coming through, from restaurant staff to tourists wandering around Panjim. Being near the hotel helps because everyone knows where that is. The space inside is mostly taken up by our equipment and storage. We don't have a lot of room for people to hang around, but that is just how the shop is built. Most people just come in, get what they need, and head back out into the sun. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the water supply is good. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags and crates around all day. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for the delivery trucks to pull up, but we make it work. It is a simple, honest way to make a living in the city. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen many shops come and go around us.
