We are based out of Flat No. 1 in the Bento Miguel Building. It's right near the Old Patto Bridge, which most people around here know well. It’s more of a local operation where we keep track of everything ourselves. The office part is just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time making sure the brewery side of things is running okay. It gets busy during the middle of the week when the deliveries come in. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello because they see us through the door. It’s not a polished corporate setup by any means. We have some old fans that hum while we work and the windows stay open to catch whatever breeze comes off the water. We handle our own paperwork and manage the brewing schedules right here. It’s just how we do things. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us and the way we like to work.
