Carrick Bend Realty Llp is found at Gokul Residency in Alto Betim, Alto Porvorim. We share the same building area as some other folks, specifically at F2 on the 1st Floor in Bardez, North Goa. We are into real estate, which in this part of Goa means a lot of different things depending on the day. Some days we are looking at apartments, other days it’s old houses or plots of land. We’ve been working out of this Porvorim office for some time now. It’s a convenient spot because it’s right between the main cities. The office is pretty simple. We have our files, some chairs, and a table for meetings. We don't go for the high-end corporate look because that’s not really who we are. We are just local people who know the property market around here. If someone is looking for a place, we show them what we have. We deal with the legal side of things too, making sure the titles are clear and the registrations go through. It can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, but we manage. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show the reality of what’s on the market. Most of our clients come through word of mouth. We keep it practical and try to stay organized despite how busy the real estate scene gets in North Goa. We like the work we do here.
