We operate Big B Realty from House Number ETH 2 in Block J. It's part of the Adwalpalkar Shelter complex in Caranzalem, right opposite Kamat Classic IV. Having the office here is convenient because it's a central spot for the local community. It’s not a fancy glass-fronted store; it’s more like a home office where we handle all our real estate tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the area. Sometimes we meet people right here in the living room to talk about land or rentals. The walls are mostly covered with maps of the local wards. Caranzalem has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. There is always some construction going on nearby, so we stay pretty busy. We try to keep our paperwork in order, even if the desk looks a bit messy sometimes. It’s just us doing the work, no big management layers or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with a cup of tea, looking over some property documents. We know this neighborhood very well since we spend most of our time here. It's an honest living, and we take it one day at a time. The office is small, but it works for what we need. We don't go for big marketing stunts, just local work for local people. It is a practical way to manage things in this part of Goa.
