Arbor Knot Realty Llp is based out of Gokul Residency in Alto Betim, which is part of Alto Porvorim in North Goa. Our office is F2 on the 1st Floor. Being in Bardez is great because we are central to a lot of the real estate activity happening in this part of the state. We deal with property and land. It’s a small office where we keep our maps and property papers. The view from Alto Betim is nice, though we spend most of our time driving around to different sites. Real estate in Goa has been changing fast, and we just try to keep up with what's available. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local area well. We help people find places to stay or invest in. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local authorities, which can be slow sometimes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come up to the first floor and talk to whoever is at the desk. We try to be helpful and give clear information about the properties we have on our books. Most of the time, we are out showing houses or checking on land plots. It’s a steady business. We like being in Porvorim because it's easy to get to Mapusa or Panjim from here. We enjoy the local atmosphere.
