Alitia Cafeteria Private Limited

We’re based at House Number 51, Plot Number S1-5 in Dabol Waddo, which is in the Shapora area. This is where we run Alitia Cafeteria Private Limited. It’s a simple setup in a local building where we handle all our food prep and small business tasks. Shapora is a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Inside, we spend most of our time in the kitchen or the storage area. It’s not a huge space, so we have to stay pretty organized to make sure we don’t trip over each other. We don’t have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It’s just a few of us doing the cooking, cleaning, and everything else that needs to happen. Some days the sink gets backed up or the fridge starts making a weird noise, and we just have to fix it ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We spend a lot of time checking our ingredients and making sure we have enough for the day’s orders. The building in Dabol Waddo has its quirks, like a leaky roof during the monsoon, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy look; we just want to get the food out and keep the cafeteria running. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to the routine by now.
