We are based out of a Janta Flat in Nand Nagari, East Delhi. It is flat number 1280, which is not too hard to find if you know the neighborhood well. Being in the export business means we spend a lot of time dealing with shipping dates and quality checks. Since it is an agro-export setup, things change fast depending on the season and what is growing. Our office is not some glass building; it is a real place where work happens every single day. It gets a bit noisy outside with the neighborhood sounds, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we knew there was a need to get local goods out to other markets. We handle the paperwork and the headaches that come with international trade. It is mostly just us sitting around a couple of tables with computers and a lot of files. We do not use big words or try to impress people with slogans. If the stuff gets where it is going on time, then we have done our job properly. East Delhi is home to us, and we like being part of the local community here. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is pending. It is just the way it goes in this business. We do not have a big reception area, so if you come by, you will probably just see us working. It is honest work and we like it that way.
