Manjupoor Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out here with Dhanpal Singh in Bhakarimustafabad. Most of us around here know each other from the fields. We spent a lot of time talking about how to manage things better, and that is how this whole thing got started. It is not some big fancy office or anything. We just work out of the address at Dhanpal Singh’s place. Mostly, it is just about getting the work done. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather decides to change on us without warning. We deal with the local crops and try to figure out the best way to handle the harvest and the selling part. It gets pretty dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy logos. We just focus on what needs doing today. If you come by Bhakarimustafabad, you will probably see us busy with something or another. It is a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers that sometimes don't want to add up right away. We just keep at it because that is what we know. There are a few of us who handle the paperwork, but mostly we are out where the actual stuff happens. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, and we prefer it that way. We don't have a lot of rules, just getting the job finished and going home.
