If you’re ever around Nathu Colony Chowk in Shahdara, you might have passed by our place at A1/1. We’re right there in the heart of New Delhi, where the traffic is always moving and the noise never really stops. This is where we handle everything for Vezlay Foods. It’s a busy production site where we work on all our plant-based food products. The smell of cooking and spices often drifts out into the street. Inside, it’s a lot of stainless steel, packing machines, and people in hairnets making sure everything is moving along the line. We started out small and just kept adding more equipment as we grew. It’s not a fancy office building; it’s a working food plant, so there’s always something being cleaned or a delivery being loaded onto a van. We’re pretty proud of the fact that we make everything right here in Shahdara. The summers can get incredibly hot in Delhi, which makes the work in the kitchen areas even tougher, but the team just gets on with it. We don't spend money on big fancy ads or corporate offices. Most of our time is spent in the back, checking the texture of the soya or making sure the packaging is sealed tight. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing our products in the local shops makes it feel worth it.
