Shahdara is where we have been for quite some time now. Specifically, you can find us at A1/1 in Nathu Colony, right by the chowk. It is a very busy area with a lot of noise and people moving about all day long. We have our setup here and we focus on food products. It is not some fancy glass building you see in the posh areas. It is just a regular place where we get our work done. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff tucked away. We handle things like soya products and other food items. My brother and I started this after looking at how the market was changing. People in Shahdara know the Nathu Colony chowk well, so it is easy to give directions. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until the generator kicks in. We do not have a big team, just a few local guys who have been with us for years. We do not use big words or have long meetings. We just check the stock, talk to the suppliers, and make sure everything is moving. It is a simple life and we like being part of this neighborhood. The traffic can be a headache in the evenings but that is just part of living in Delhi. We have seen the area change a lot since we moved into A1/1. We just keep things moving every day.
