Haldiram

We are over at House Number 1713 in the Janta Flats area of Delhi. It is a busy spot, 110093 zip code if you are looking for us on a map. Most days start pretty early around here with the sounds of the neighborhood waking up. We have been doing this for a while under the name Haldiram. People around these flats know exactly where to find our door. It is not a fancy corporate office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the daily work done. The stairs can be a bit narrow and there is always something going on in the street outside. Kids playing, vendors yelling, the usual Delhi noise. We keep things very simple here. You won't find any big glossy brochures or mission statements on the walls. We mostly just focus on what needs to be packed or sorted for the day ahead. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait it out with some hot tea from the shop downstairs. It is honest, plain work. We have a few desks and some metal shelves piled high with stuff. Everyone knows everyone else in this block. If you ask someone at the tea stall for Haldiram at the Janta Flats, they will point you right to us. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. It is more about being here and making sure things are moving along. The neighborhood has changed over the years but we are still in the same spot.
