Our office is based at C-1/95 in Dayalpur, which is part of Karawal Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but still has its own rhythm. We have a small setup here where we handle all our business matters. It’s not a corporate building, just a regular space in a residential-commercial mix. Most of the time it’s just a few of us working through piles of papers and making calls. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. We don’t spend much on decorating the place, we just need a desk and chairs. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit. People in Dayalpur are friendly and we’ve made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. We handle our own logistics and sometimes even do the deliveries if someone is short-handed. It’s not always easy, especially when the roads get muddy during the rain, but we make it work. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing where we are. It’s a very practical way of doing things, no nonsense and no fluff. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. Every day feels pretty much the same, but we find comfort in that routine and just keep going forward as a small team.
