We are based over in the 110053 area of Delhi. It is a bit of a trek from the main tech hubs of the city, but we like being here. Working in the technology field means we spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and trying to figure out why things are not working right. We do not have a glass building or a big cafeteria. Our office is pretty simple, with a bunch of computers and wires everywhere on the floor. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of Delhi and we have to wait for the backup system to kick in. It is just how things go. Most of the people working here live nearby in the neighborhood, so we do not have to deal with the metro too much. We do a lot of different tech stuff depending on what people ask us for. It is not always very glamorous. A lot of it is just fixing small bugs or setting up systems that people need for their own shops. We talk to each other across the desks and drink a lot of chai from the small stall downstairs. The neighborhood is quite loud, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks of working here. We are not trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do our work and go home to our families. It is a small group of people working here in this corner of the city.
