Mr. Anurag Mittal is the one in charge, and he’s usually around making sure everything is running right. We aren't one of those massive medicine factories you see on TV. We’re a smaller setup, working hard in this part of Delhi. The street can be a bit tight, especially when we have deliveries coming in or going out in the mornings. Inside, it’s all about the work. We deal with a lot of different pharmaceutical products, and there’s always a lot of checking and re-checking involved. It’s serious work, but we keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed among the staff. We’ve been here in Brahmpuri for quite a while now. The building has seen a lot of years, but it serves us well for what we need. We aren't big on fancy marketing or showing off. We just focus on the products and making sure they get to where they need to go. Every day is a bit different, but it usually involves a lot of boxes, bottles, and inventory lists. We like being part of the local industry here. It’s a practical business, and we take pride in just doing our jobs without any unnecessary fuss or complicated talk.
