Naukripaisa.Com operates out of A-90/A in Ganga Vihar. It is a regular house that we turned into an office space so we could work on the website and handle all the job stuff. Delhi-110094 is our home base and we’ve been here for a while now. The name sounds like a big internet company, but we are actually just a small group of people working together. We have a few computers set up and there is always someone on the phone. Ganga Vihar is a nice enough place to work from, even if it gets a bit crowded on the roads during the evening. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just put the information out there and hope it helps someone find a job. Most of our time is spent updating lists and checking messages from people looking for work. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about what we’re going to eat for dinner. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just try to get the work done and stay on top of the emails. Every now and then, the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the backup, but that’s just life in Delhi. We are just a local business trying to make things work one day at a time, without any of the fancy stuff or big promises.
