SKGUPTA BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We run SKGUPTA BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED from our office at House No-25 on Main Pusta Road. It's right there in Chauhan Patti. We've been here for a bit now, just handling the daily construction stuff that comes our way. The office is on the ground floor, so people usually just walk in when they need something done or want to ask about a project. It's not a big fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we talk through the plans. Being in North East Delhi means we see a lot of local traffic. Sometimes it gets noisy outside with the bikes and trucks on Pusta Road, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the building work that needs doing around here. If you know the area, you know where we are. We mostly deal with the regular bricks and mortar things. It’s hard work, and the dust from the road gets in sometimes, but that’s just how it is. My brother and I usually handle the paperwork and the site visits. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches or fancy brochures here, just us working out of the ground floor of house number 25. People around Chauhan Patti know us by now. We don't have a giant team, just a few reliable guys we call when the work picks up. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
