We spend most of our time coordinating with different sites and trying to keep the schedules straight. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of drinking water to beat the Delhi heat. The office isn't very big, so we have to be organized with where we put our files and supplies. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t try to act like we are in a corporate park in Gurgaon. We are right here in the middle of the city, working out of a regular street in Gautam Vihar, doing the best we can with the space we have and the projects on our plates. It's just a regular Delhi office life.
