Shiva Constructions Ace Private Limited

Our small office is tucked away in Gali Number 15 in Garhi Mendu, which is part of West Ghonda. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while. We do general construction work, mostly around this part of Delhi. We don’t have a big staff, so if you come by, you’re usually talking to the people who actually do the work. We handle various building tasks, from small renovations to bigger structural jobs. The area can be quite crowded, so getting materials delivered to the site is always a bit of a challenge. We’ve learned how to navigate the local streets over the years. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just like building things and seeing a project finish up. Our days start early and often end late when we're trying to meet a deadline. It's a lot of physical labor and managing the guys on the ground. We keep our records in the office on K-15/27, but most of the action happens on the street. We don't use fancy marketing because most people find us through word of mouth here in Ghonda. It’s an honest living and we take it seriously. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but the construction work always stays on track as much as the weather allows. We just focus on doing things the right way.
