Sara Sagar Construction (Opc) Private Limited is located at Plot Number F-36 in Slf Ved Vihar. To be more specific, we are on the ground floor, unit GF 01. Having a ground floor office is great because we are always hauling things in and out, like surveying equipment or boxes of tiles, and not having to deal with stairs is a huge plus. Ved Vihar is a nice residential area that has been growing quite a bit. You can see new houses going up all the time. Our office is tucked into Kh. No. 1218, and it’s a pretty functional space. We don't have any art on the walls or fancy lighting. It’s just a place to work. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and looking over the site reports from the day before. Because it’s an OPC, it’s a very tight-knit operation. We don't have layers of management to go through; we just decide what needs to be done and do it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a question about a renovation they’re thinking about. We don't mind the interruptions; it’s part of being in a community like this. We aren't interested in being the biggest construction company out there. We just want to do good, solid work that lasts a long time. It’s a simple goal but it keeps us very busy every single day.
