Saksham Infrabuildtech Private Limited is located over in Nand Nagri. We are at B-3/264, right in the Seema Puri area. It's a busy part of North East Delhi, and things are always moving around here. We handle a lot of the infrastructure stuff that people don't usually think about until it’s being built. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks, a lot of files, and a few guys who have been doing this for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out on the roads checking how things are going. It gets pretty dusty out there in Mandoli, but that’s just part of the job. We started this because we knew how to build things and we had the right contacts. It wasn't about some big dream, just about doing a decent job so we could keep the lights on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork because the day gets away from us while we are out at the sites. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you call, one of us will just pick up the phone. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. It's not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad, but we’ve got a good routine going now. We just try to keep things simple and get the projects finished when they need to be.
