Recover Computer Gold

Recover Computer Gold is based at Khyber Pass Street No 19 in Vijay Park. We are up on the 1st floor at No 272. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where we are. Our work involves a lot of older hardware and figuring out what can be saved or salvaged. The office is usually filled with stacks of old towers and monitors that have seen better days. We spend our hours opening up casings and sorting through components. It can get a bit dusty in here with all the old electronics, but that’s the nature of the job. We aren't a shiny new showroom; we are more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes people bring us things that they think are completely broken, and we see what we can do to get them running again or at least get the data off. Being on the 1st floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but we’re mostly focused on what’s on the workbench. It’s quiet work for the most part, just the sound of screwdrivers and the occasional hum of a power supply. We keep a steady pace and try to get through the pile of work that comes in each week. It’s a simple operation run by a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board and aren't afraid of a bit of grease.
