We are based over in Bhajan Pura, right near the Yamuna Vihar area. Most people find us because we are close to the Sridhar Pashudhan Dharamshala, which is a big local landmark. My name is on the door and I have been working on computers for a long time now. The shop isn't very large, but it fits what we need to get the work done. Every morning I open up the shutters and see the traffic starting to build up on the main road. We handle a lot of different PC issues here. Sometimes it is just a screen that stopped working or a laptop that won't turn on because the battery gave out. I have a couple of guys who help me out when things get busy, especially during the middle of the week. We keep our tools on the back bench and try to keep things organized, though it gets messy when we have five different machines open at once. The area around here is quite loud and there is always something going on outside. People walk in from the neighborhood asking about prices or just checking if their device is ready yet. We don't have fancy furniture or a big waiting room, just some chairs and the counter where we talk to customers. It is a straightforward business and we just do the work as it comes in. Most days are pretty much the same, just fixing things and talking to people from Yamuna Vihar.
